Conditions in the car rental agreement define the terms and responsibilities of both the company and the renter

The renter must pay a deposit of 3,000 baht to confirm the rental car reservation. The company will return the deposit on the day the car is returned. After the car has been inspected.

The renter must be at least 20 years old and have an international driver's license or car driving license as issued by a government agency.

Rental price per day The price does not include the cost of fuel. The renter must return the rental car with the same amount of fuel as was received on the day of delivery. Otherwise, the lessor can charge for the fuel. Or deduct the cost of the missing fuel from the insurance money immediately. The renter must fill up with the specified type of fuel.

Calculating the time to rent a car Another 24 hours will count from the time the vehicle is picked up, thus counting as 1 day. The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed upon time at the specified location. If the vehicle cannot be returned at the time and place specified The renter must inform the renter at least 2 hours before the vehicle is due to be returned. The lessor has the right to refuse to extend the rental period without it being considered a breach of the contract.

Rental cars have first class insurance in case of damage or accidents to the rental car. The renter must notify the lessor immediately. and the renter agrees to pay the first part of the damages It is according to the cause and effect and the following cases.
A. In the event of an accident If the tenant is in the right The renter is not responsible for damages.
B. In the event of an accident If the tenant is at fault or there is no other party The renter will be responsible for the damage. (First portion of damages) is an amount not exceeding 20,000 baht. Except in the case of severe damage that exceeds the coverage specified in the insurance policy or is lost. The renter is responsible for damages. The portion that exceeds the protection.

In the event that a car tire is punctured The renter will be responsible for repairing the tires before returning the vehicle.

The renter must not drink alcohol while driving. or drink alcohol and drive If there is any damage because of the above reasons Whether intentional or not The renter is responsible for all damages.

If the renter requests to return the car before the return deadline. The company reserves the right to refund rental fees in all cases.

The renter must take the rented car for the purpose of sightseeing in various places or conducting business that is not illegal only. Do not use the rented car for commercial use or to commit an offense. and do not carry illegal items in the vehicle or do any other act that violates the law. If an offense has occurred The renter is solely responsible.

The renter is responsible for paying fines for all traffic tickets and violations that occur throughout the rental period. The renter is responsible for paying the fine according to the order not more than 7 days from the date of receiving notification from the renter.
